a refelction on the past year....

who would have tot... its already dec 30th... 2 more days, and its a new year, a fresh start to things... kinda do look forward to this coming year... :) -good way to start it off :P-

well, this past year has been filled with loads of exciting and emotional stuff, if i must say.. haha... through it all, its been a really fruitful year, somewat in sch (considering my not so good results) and of cos in life... this year has allowed me to mature quite abit.. and to better understand myself better.... to be able to see how things revolve around me in a different light...

i'm glad for many things this past year... for things that happened and didnt... things like:
1) my ever good friends like teng,chow, eve, mich and dia... its really great to have friends who are always there for u even when u mia for awhile.. lol... love these people to bits, wat can i do without them!? hahaha... well, for one, my "only friend" will be very bored on sats... lol

2) for the excellent 9 months that i spent with her.. it was great, despite what happened in the end... i guess i saw it coming from the start, knowing that i will be hurt bad, but i think the 9 months will always be a great memory. anything to make her happy rite!? hahaha... well, the past three months also have been a great time for me to totally get over her... being not able to see her was a plus point for me to really sort out my tots and to know wat i want....
at least for now, i think i don't really need a relationship, considering that i do want to focus on my studies and get it over and done with... but then again, considering how things are going now... might just end up in one... lol... lets see how things go...

3) for all the new friendships forged and strengthen... this past year has been really great, with getting to know the class much better and to better relate to most of them.. and of cos, to the many old friendships that are equally important. love the two months staying with zr and pam, was wacky and fun... its really great to have friends who u can tok and bitch about with about horrible supervisors... :P

4) for being able to better learn to work with different people... and to let my mind take over my opinions at time... sometimes in life, we just let ourselves be lead blindly by our opinions without thinking clearly about them... well... one thing i learn from fyp is to remember to take a step back at times and to throughly tink about things before jumping to conclusions... and that everyone comes with his/her strengths & to work on those strengths for the best of the group :)

5)for being who i am and loving it!! hahaha -ego statement-

well, its been a really great year... can't wait for the next to come, considering all the attachment overseas and the prospect of going to auzzie to study... happy happy... :)

resolution for next year:
-to be more organized (for real!)
- take things one at a time and to set realistic goals for myself
- enjoy everyone's fellowship to the fullest!

a looooong week......

yupz.... before i know it, two months of attachments are over!! its been a week since then but it feels like months since the last day of placement! not that i'm not glad that its over, i'm more than glad. it wasn't tat bad but wats working without pay!? hahaha... two broke months... but i got to say, did pick up quite a but of useful skills from that 2 months.

this week has been just great la.... started out the start of the 'hoilday' with a mahjong session cum eat till ur drop dead buffet at weiting's. then had 2 parties to attend during the weekend, loads more of food... wasted mon doing nothing much, other than going to town to catch a movie with janet, was great catching up with her... tues was spent going down to idp, send in my application for curtin already. not really keen on going there, but no harm trying to send in my application to see if i'm wanted.. :P after that went shopping with mom to get some stuff... got the call that i'm due for HK for placement in March next year!! so excited!! march quickly come!! thurs was spent in sch with project and loads of lazing.... oh, at least i finished my transcripts...

today was a super boring day...tink i slpt too much already, getting a headache... lol... but i'm not complaining, rare that such days come by.... tml will be great, at least i hope tat it doesn't rain... going camping!! yeah!!

can't wait for next year to come, think will be spending close to 7 months overseas... yeah!!!
