ivy asked that day, which would i choose, someone who loves me or someone whom i love... its a difficult question to answer... i told her i'm very tempted to say someone whom i love, cos i believe that is the best thing i can give that someone... but from experience, this is never always true... and to find someone who loves me... have never tot of that to occur as of now... mayb i'm just not ready for another relationship....
history is never meant to repeat itself... so i shouldn't even go anywhere near it... but y do i always end up with such things... somehow, i always have to make the choice of turning away... but i suppose its for everyone's good... in someway or the other....

Its been half a month since i last blog.. but so far, nothing much has happened since. Well, one thing for sure, school has started... feels kinda funny being back in school after bumming for so long, feels kinda lost during the lectures.. hahaha, its like a whole new experience taking down lecture notes and trying to stay awake for lectures. toking about lectures and lecture notes, i miss SINGAPORE!! hahaha... our lecture readings came up to 1oo plus dollars just for these 4 modules that we are taking, and its not inclusive of the notes that we got print for lectures on our own! its so bloody expensive man!

But lectures here are quite interesting, that meaning i can't really catch what they are saying...lol. its like i understand what they are saying, but i can't seem to link it to what i'm suppose to get out of it.. its kinda weird. and they kinda link everything to australian's lifestyle, so its kinda catch no ball when they go there.. hahaha... well, still trying to get back into the studying mood mayb, hope things get better as time passes...
Talking about lectures, we got to go to a independent living center last wed... its all the way in geeloong, and if u want to know, its like 45mins drive from our house to the place. And no, we didn't get a car to drive there, think we will just end up lost somewhere along the way, the school got us a cab and they pay for it! thankfully, cos the cab fare for both the journeys there and back cost like $80 plus each! can't imagine having to pay for it!
But its quite a nice experience, its like a whole rehab mart laid out on to a big open warehouse! it has like models of every available rehab product there, from feeding aids to motorized scooters! its quite fun to be there and try out the different equipments! and as part of the lesson, we got to try all the different kinds of scooters and w/c with adapted controls! Pam got to try the sip and puff, she looked like she was turning blue from trying to control the wheelchair. LOL... Think someone has the photos, mayb they will post it up :p

Went to watch a couple of movies here le, which includes harry potter and the simpsons... movies should only be watched on Tues here, cos its like 12 dollars on any other day! tues is like the special day for watching movies cos its the cheapest, like 9 dollars. and its also free seating here, so funny when we were trying to look for out seat numbers on the tickets and we found none... we even went to ask the employee where is the number, only to be told it was free seating.. so pai say.. lol... we seem to be doing this kind of stuff often....
and back to my title of the entry, pancakes.....Pancakes from pancake parlor here is heavenly! Have not tasted such wonderful pancakes! they practically melts in your mouth together with the delicious organic cream and butter! wonderful i tell u! together with the unlimited maple syrup, its just great! can't wait to go back there again!

looking forward to the mount buller trip next week! snowboarding finally! and i got someone to teach me driving! i can see my license in my wallet le!! whahaha....

freezing cold today!!

Greetings from down under! Its really freaking cold today! even i can't stand it, considering i am used to walking around with one shirt and a pull-over. I had to leave for school with an extra thick wind-breaker for school today cos its like 5 degrees out there now! I'm sitting under the heater but i still feel cold la.....
Things are going fine here i suppose, now with the internet working and such... i'm trying to load all the photos to my com, will then slowly upload online when i got the time.....
Been down to town a couple of times le... a couple meaning 2! lol... its more or less somewhat like singapore's shopping malls.... just that everyone is not willing to leave the malls cos its cold out there! lol.... Went down to the direct factory outlet yesterday too.... the prices there are not really that cheap, but its quite ok la... will go back again after i got a job that can finance my spending... lol.. but i still got a cotton-on top for like $10... but thats about all that i bought...
Have hokkien mee last nite, but think its nothing compared to the ones we have in singapore. i miss food back in singapore already!
Met a few new friends, or rather, my housemate's friends here... so far, the most happening thing that we ever done was to play pool in a pub till 3 in the morning. lol... tok about no life here in auzzie. can't wait to get my license. then can at least still drive around at nite enjoying the sights. the sights here are really something! loads of wonderful skies to look at (day or nite) but not on a day like today... lol... see nothing but clouds today... but there are days where the sun set is just bloody great!

life in cold cold melbourne

to all those who reads this space....

Yupz! I'm still alive here in melbourne, despite the cold weather. Its actually not too bad, its around 12 degrees in the day, but its the wind that kills. Its like walking with a aircon behind ur back! hahaha... but it is still fun to walk around looking for house and getting to know the place better.

Yupz, i've gotten a place to crash in for the next one year. Its quite ex, around 120 a week, but its a nice place. It has everything included in the house, even TV! and to add on, my room is just next to the kitchen, where all the food is! what can be better! whahaha... its also quite near to school, which is like less than 10 mins to school and its only like 5 mins to the shopping mall!! oh ya, the address for this place is :

20 plus more days to go before the trip of my life! hahaha, well, considering that it is something that i have always want since the longest time. look forward to it. well, another step forward for my career i guess.
been thinking about it, there is a big chance that i'm not going to come back for sometime, just wonder how things will be. so exciting! hahaha...
hope things will be as fun as i have always think it will be :)

yupz, one more week of placement and that marks the end of the 3 years in NYP. got to say, it a bitter sweet ending to these 3 years of hardwork and fun. i'm more than glad to leave behind the all the projects and assignments. but its really a pity that the class is going all our separate ways, that means no more sotong moments to laugh at, stay overs to joke the whole nite, makan session to feast together so that no one will feel guilty :p i'm glad that everyone in the class has changed my life in a positive manner, i'm so glad i decided to stay in the course and to slog out these three years with everyone.
well, come july will mean that i'm going to auzzie. got to say, i'm really excited, but also kinda worried if i'm able to cope. well, studying has not always been my thing, so hope i can manage all the things the auzzie education system throws at me! lol... at most, think i'll just keep shooting emails around asking for help from everyone. lol... well, think the future would be fun living with pam, charmaine and yuhui, how bad can it be. :P well, come wat may in the future, i'm prepared! so fun... lol
